Training & Development Specialist (Automotive)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. We are looking for Training & Development Specialist (Automotive) responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering high-impact learning programs for both internal staff and the external dealer network to ensure excellence in product knowledge, service process, and customer service delivery across all channels.

– The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and good communication skills.
– Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for dealership technicians
– Developing and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
– Providing technical support to dealership personnel and customer
– Conducting assessments to measure training effectiveness
– Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
– Digital Education and Social Media Strategy – act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the social media group.
– Advance Training Process & Evaluation – master content creation and high-level impact assessment.
– Service Warranty Governance – Policy Authority & Complex Warranty Resolution
– Strategic Research and Events Planning – Technical Product Launches
