Sales Supervisor – Light Trucks
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Existing network of fleet decision-makers, body builders, and/or channel partners in key regions.
3. Experience participating in government or institutional bidding processes (e.g., PhilGEPS) and fleet tender management.
4. At least 5 years of direct light truck sales experience with a proven track record (preferably gained at Isuzu, Hino, Fuso, or equivalent).
5. At least 2 years in a supervisory or senior sales role, demonstrating readiness to assume managerial responsibilities.
6. Demonstrated success in business development, fleet selling, and market expansion within the Philippines.
7. Strong commercial capability: negotiation, value-based selling, account management, and closing discipline.
8. Proficiency in preparing professional proposals, quotations, and management reports; comfort with CRM and MS Office tools.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Supervisor – Light Trucks is a senior individual contributor role responsible for accelerating Sinotruk’s market entry and growth in the light truck segment through disciplined business development, fleet account acquisition, and channel partner expansion. The position is intentionally scoped to attract experienced professionals from established competitors (Isuzu, Hino, Fuso) while creating a clear pathway to a Sales Manager role based on performance and leadership readiness.
[Responsibilities / Core Duties]*
1. Drive territory-based business development, acquiring fleet, SME, and institutional light truck customers.
2. Prospect and qualify leads, assess needs, and propose fit-for-purpose truck, body, and financing solutions.
3. Manage the full sales cycle and maintain an accurate, high-quality sales pipeline.
4. Identify, recruit and develop channels and partners such as distributors, sub-dealers, and body builders; ensure aftersales readiness.
5. Strengthen Sinotruk light truck brand through field activities, demos, and localized campaigns.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity; recommend pricing and promotional actions.
7. Collaborate with expatriate leaders and cross-functional teams to meet national targets and remove execution gaps.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:30am to 5:30pm)
