1. We are looking for Training & Development Specialist (Automotive) responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering high-impact learning programs for both internal staff and the external dealer network to ensure excellence in product knowledge, service process, and customer service delivery across all channels.<\/p>\n
– The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and good communication skills.
\n– Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for dealership technicians
\n– Developing and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
\n– Providing technical support to dealership personnel and customer
\n– Conducting assessments to measure training effectiveness
\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
\n– Digital Education and Social Media Strategy – act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the social media group.
\n– Advance Training Process & Evaluation – master content creation and high-level impact assessment.
\n– Service Warranty Governance – Policy Authority & Complex Warranty Resolution
